He birdied two of the par 5s, Nos. 2 and 13. He is part of a group of four at 2 under that also includes 2024 champion Matthew Naumec.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span>Among the six members of the host club in the 144-player field, Joey Monahan led the way with a 70. His cousin, Aidan Monahan, won the club championship on Sunday and turned in a 72. They are nephews of PGA Tour commissioner Jay Monahan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Lucas Dascoli recorded a hole-in-one on the 127-yard ninth hole with a 50-degree wedge.
