Since we physically can\u2019t be there right now, which sucks, at least we\u2019re still helping out in any way that we can.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span>Venezuela is navigating the aftermath of earthquakes that killed more than 1,700 people. Tens of thousands remain missing, according to the government, with the death toll expected to rise. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/bostonrelocationinsider.com\/?p=3953\">Former Revolution player Chris Tierney promoted to general manager and chief soccer officer of the club<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span>\u201cThere isn\u2019t really one thing that isn\u2019t in need,\u201d Borregales said. \u201cNot many people have a shelter to go back to, a home to go back to, because it\u2019s just all rubble now. Anything helps, really, even if it\u2019s just a bottle of shampoo or a box of waters. Whatever it is, anything helps.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Red Sox players Wilyer Abreu, Willson Contreras, and Carlos Narv\u00e1ez, who were born in Venezuela, also have taken part in relief efforts.
