Yes, and she\u2019s famous in Rhode Island.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span>The signings were completed during Phase 5 of the PWHL\u2019s expansion process that allows teams an exclusive window to re-sign their own players on expiring contracts. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Mobley, 24, had three goals and two assists through 10 games as a rookie in 2025-26, but spent the rest of the regular season on long-term injured reserve. She returned for the playoffs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span>Serving as a backup to league MVP Aerin Frankel, Thiele, 24, started just one game last season, recording 21 saves in a 4-2 win over the Minnesota Frost on March 29 that secured a postseason berth for the Fleet.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The moves followed Thursday\u2019s re-signings of forwards Jill Saulnier and Sophie Shirley.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Read more <a href=\"https:\/\/bostonrelocationinsider.com\/?p=3109\">With a 10-9 vote from tournament management, MIAA Super 8 football playoff one step closer to reality<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span>Saulnier, 34, posted a career-high six points (two goals, four assists) in 25 regular-season games and appeared in all four playoff games in her first full season with the Fleet. Th two-time Canadian Olympian was acquired in a trade with the New York Sirens in exchange for forward Taylor Girard on Jan. 21, 2025.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Shirley, 26, had three goals and six assists while appearing in 22 games in the regular season, including a pair of goals in the win over the Frost to help Thiele secure her first win.
