Stefon Diggs won\u2019t be facing any discipline from the NFL after a league review determined that there wasn\u2019t enough evidence to punish him under its personal conduct policy.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe league notified Stefon Diggs today that it concluded its investigation and there is insufficient evidence to support a finding of a personal conduct policy violation,\u201d NFL spokesman Brian McCarthy said in statement to The Associated Press.<\/span><\/p>\n

ESPN was first to report the league\u2019s finding.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Diggs was found not guilty last month of assaulting his personal chef. The charges stemmed from a Dec. 2 incident at his house in Massachusetts where Jamila Adams, a former live-in personal chef, testified that Diggs slapped and choked her during an argument. He had pleaded not guilty to a felony strangulation charge and a misdemeanor assault and battery charge. The jury deliberated for less than two hours before clearing Diggs of all charges.<\/span><\/p>\n

Diggs spent last season with the New England Patriots, helping them reach the Super Bowl, where they lost to Seattle. He was released in March and remains unsigned.<\/span><\/p>\n
