‘Paul Simon: The Quiet Celebration’
If you can’t make it out to Tanglewood this weekend to see Paul Simon perform live, you can catch “The Quiet Celebration,” streaming on Disney+ and Hulu beginning on Friday. The nearly two-hour concert film features highlights from his tour stop at McCaw Hall in Seattle last summer, including performances of Simon classics, as well as songs from his album “Seven Psalms.” Available on Disney+ and Hulu

‘Avatar: The Last Airbender’
From the final season of “The Bear” to the debut of Larry David’s new HBO comedy, there’s plenty of TV to dive into this weekend. Also among the latest crop of small-screen offerings is the new season of “Avatar: The Last Airbender,” now streaming on Netflix. Not to be confused with James Cameron’s sci-fi films (more on that later), “The Last Airbender” is a live-action adaptation of the beloved Nickelodeon animated series about a messianic child who can control the elements and is destined to save the world. Gordon Cormier returns for season 2 as Aang, the “Avatar,” with Daniel Dae Kim also back as the villainous Fire Lord Ozai. Available on Netflix

In the third film in Cameron’s long-running sci-fi series, Sam Worthington (who also stars in the new Boston-set mystery “I Will Find You”) is back as human turned tall blue alien Jake Sully. Jake, along with his wife, the Na’vi clan leader Neytiri (Zoe Saldaña), must face off against more human foes, as well as a fire-themed rival alien clan. Available on Disney+
